Herbs, fruits, vegetables and edible flowers are grown in our organic permaculture farm, by our local farmers in neighbouring plantations and incorporated into Alamayah’s landscaping. Our culinary creations showcase indigenous Sumbanese ingredients and what is seasonally available in our local area.
