From muscular strength, flexibility to core stability, regular practice of yoga allows the body to restore, build and thrive simultaneously. Yoga postures are built to strengthen the core muscles around the spine which are designed to alleviate and eliminate neck, back and shoulder issues. 

With the right instruction and careful focus on the correct practice, each yoga posture can benefit the body’s internal functions including lymphatic draining, regulation of adrenal glands, respiration, metabolic rate, cardiovascular and circulation.

The emotional, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga are intertwined with overall health. The mind-body connection, the ability to be present and mindful of one’s energy, emotions and physicality are the foundations of yoga practice.
